Program handbooks provide students with important information related to your program. Your program handbook also references information about your rights and responsibilities as a student, including academic and other policies.

To access your Program Handbook, find your program page via Program Search and select Download Handbook.

If you don’t see a handbook on your program page, that program does not have one posted. Contact your program coordinator for guidance.

Review your program map using Degree Works. Degree Works is an online audit tool that helps students, Program Coordinators, and Student Success Advisors manage and track academic progress. It makes it easy for you to see program requirements, what courses you have completed, and what you still need in order to graduate. The link to access Degree Works is available in your myCampus portal under the ‘launchpad’ section.

Student Success Week is what we call our fall, winter and spring semester breaks. The scheduled Student Success Weeks for the 2025/26 academic year are as follows:

• Fall semester: October 20 to 24, 2025

• Winter semester: March 2 t0 March 6, 2026

• Spring semester: June 22 to 26, 2026

Some exceptions will apply for programs with industry-specific accreditation and other requirements.
